In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.
Products sold in sealed (factory sealed) condition are exempt from the right of withdrawal if the seal has been broken or tampered with after delivery. This exemption is provided under Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, which covers sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, or whose seal has been removed after delivery.
If you receive a sealed product and the seal is intact, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period by returning it with the seal unbroken.
For products sold in 'New' or 'Like New' condition, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery provided that:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or does not match the product description. In such cases, Seal & Shelf will cover the return shipping costs.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
